Effective 1 July 2026 · applies to trackchat.in, app.trackchat.in and the TrackChat Shopify app

In short: we use a session cookie to keep you signed in and nothing else by default. No third-party ad trackers on trackchat.in.

1. Essential cookies

tc_session keeps you signed in to app.trackchat.in (30 days). tc_oauth_state protects Google sign-in against CSRF (10 minutes). These are strictly necessary and can't be switched off.

2. Analytics

If we enable privacy-friendly analytics, they will be cookieless and aggregate. We'll update this page before that changes.

3. Managing cookies

You can clear cookies in your browser at any time — you'll simply be signed out. Questions: info@trackchat.in.
