Effective 1 July 2026 · applies to trackchat.in, app.trackchat.in and the TrackChat Shopify app
1. The service
TrackChat (the Shopify app, trackchat.in and app.trackchat.in) provides order management, courier integrations (Delhivery, Blue Dart), WhatsApp Business Platform messaging, a unified WhatsApp + email inbox, abandoned-cart recovery, support ticketing with AI triage, Razorpay payment links and refund routing, shipping-label generation, and related analytics for Shopify stores. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.
2. Your accounts, your responsibility
You connect your own Shopify store, WhatsApp Business number, courier contracts, Razorpay account and Zoho mailbox. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you configure, the content of the messages you send, and compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies and applicable law — including collecting the marketing opt-in required for cart-recovery messages. Courier contracts of carriage are between you and your courier.
3. Fees & trials
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; no card is needed to start. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Shopify App Store on your Shopify invoice (annual billing carries a 20% discount). WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta at cost on your own WhatsApp Business account; courier freight is billed by your courier under your own contract.
4. Acceptable use
No spam, no unsolicited marketing, no unlawful, deceptive or harmful content. TrackChat enforces Meta's consent rules at the platform level (marketing templates require the customer's recorded opt-in) and may pause sending if Meta quality signals drop or abuse is detected — with an in-app alert first wherever practical.
5. Availability & liability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime but the service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for courier performance, Meta message delivery, Shopify or payment-gateway outages, or losses arising from your configuration choices.
6. Termination & data
Cancel anytime from Shopify admin or by emailing info@trackchat.in. If you cancel your plan but keep the app installed, sending pauses and your data and templates remain intact. If you uninstall the app, Shopify issues a shop-redaction request about 48 hours later and your store's data is erased — export anything you need first.
