Refund & cancellation

Effective 1 July 2026 · applies to trackchat.in, app.trackchat.in and the TrackChat Shopify app

In short: cancel anytime — billing stops at the end of the current cycle. If TrackChat materially failed to work during a billing period, tell us within 7 days and we'll refund that period.

1. Cancelling

Cancel from Settings → Plan or by uninstalling the TrackChat app from your Shopify admin. Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing cycle and no further charges are made — subscription billing is handled by the Shopify App Store, so the cancellation reflects on your Shopify invoice.

2. Refund window

If a verified platform fault (not courier, Meta, Razorpay or Shopify outages) materially prevented you from using paid features, write to info@trackchat.in within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund that billing period pro-rata via Shopify within 5–7 business days.

3. What isn't refundable

Meta WhatsApp conversation charges (billed by Meta at cost on your own account), courier freight on your own contracts, and periods where the service was available but unused.

4. Trials

The 14-day trial is free and card-less — if you don't pick a plan, sending pauses and nothing is ever charged. Your data and templates stay intact for as long as the app remains installed.
